The veteran shot-stopper has agreed a contract until 2025

Butland arrives with significant Premier League experience starting his career at Birmingham City before moving to Stoke and then Crystal Palace

Rangers Football Club are delighted to announce the pre-contract signing of Jack Butland from Crystal Palace.

The 29-year-old goalkeeper has agreed a deal until the summer of 2025 and will join the club on July 1st 2023.

Butland is a vastly experienced goalkeeper with 140 Premier League appearances to his name. He started his career at Birmingham City before moving to Stoke in 2013. He spent eight years at Stoke, making 146 appearances for the club.

In 2020, Butland joined Crystal Palace, where he has made 11 appearances. He has also been capped nine times by England.

Butland is a welcome addition to the Rangers squad and will provide competition for Allan McGregor.
